I don’t think guys should wear girl’s clothes from stores like hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie, etc. It’s just weird. There are plenty of other places that sell mens sweatpants.

Well, the first link you provided is actually a man’s pair of Hollister sweat pants. Which is why its labeled "Awesome Butt Boyfriend". The women’s versions have slimmer legs and are at least 5% spandex.

The first link would probably be good for you. It says Large is back-ordered, but with a 30" waist you can probably get away with Medium. They are a manly color with a manly fit. You could do without the rolled cuffs, though.

Don’t even think about the second link. First off, it only comes in extra-small (XS) so there’s no chance it will fit. But even if they had your size, notice how slim the legs are? The color is pretty gay. These sweats were made for a petite woman. Period. A guy would look exceedingly gay in them.
