It’s fake. They don’t even call it "Juicy Couture" sweats…just "signature" eventhough you see the brand name being worn on the models. That is their way of not being liable for any copyright laws. I took a look at the whole site and their stuff looks questionable. Also, if they are a legitimate site, why hasn’t their copyright been updated (has 2007 on the bottom of their front page). Also, when you try and find information about the company, you always see "no records found" on each page. Red flags everywhere regarding this company.

If you want authentic Juicy, keep checking the Nordstrom, Juicy Couture, and Neimans website (sale section). These stores are getting ready for their fall/winter merchandise and are selling their spring/summer stuff cheap. Also, check your local Juicy Couture outlet (go to outletbound.com for the nearest outlet store near you).

50 bucks is pretty expensive for sweatpants that you can get at goodwill for 4 bucks.
