girls and guys do it alike and it started happening when I was a freshman in high school some 7 years ago. I would wear sweats during finals week just because i was lazy and tired from studying too much to make myself look good. but otherwise, i don’t know why they would wear them out so frequently. It makes them look childish and immature.

why does everyone have to look perfect all the time? quit reading your celeb magazines and get a life! actually you should go out in your pjs. i promise it’ll be the most comfortable outing you have ever experienced.well, unless you are on a date or going to the club…..

Why does it matter to you? I believe there are more IMPORTANT things going on in the world than worrying about what people are wearing.

It never did become socially accepted.. It looks sloppy and unkept. Lazy is the word I guess. It is not attractive, that is for sure, Some come into the Casinos here , Looking like they crawled from under a rock.. You do not have to look perfect all the time, BUT comb your hair and put Shoes on, for starters..

Well, I know that I am cute in them….but I do it b/c…..they are comfortable….I mean…c’mon….we cant help that we are young and cute no matter what we have on! My only suggestion to you would have to be….Let your HUSBAND do all your errands, bet his opinion is a bit different from yours. <wink>

Very good question… I see them in class, wal-mart, malls eating out what is this coming to? I know we are a very relaxed country but I didn’t know it was turning into slobs.. Come on ladies act like ladies and do something with yourself in the morning….

First of all, it’s not just women, it is everyone.
Secondly, I know you are not going to agree with me, but that’s okay.
I think it is ok. I think it is ok for people to be comfortable and not feel like they have to cater to everyone else in society’s standards and expectations for how they should dress. Let’s face it. People go out in public wearing far worse than a pair of sweats! I say if they are confident enough to go out looking like that and they are comfortable and they aren’t complaining about what others are wearing — more power to them.

I’m far MORE troubled by those people that still insist on wearing socks with sandals! *wink*

You should only wear sweats out if you are going to go work out. PJs shouldn’t ever leave the house, unless you are dead sick and on your way to the doctor.
This is a horrible trend that makes me roll my eyes everytime I see it. mainly because the girls that are doing it, still do their hair and makeup like they got read. If youa re going to go through all that trouble to act like you didn’t have time or that you don’t try just go the whole way and get dressed. It looks really dumb to have your whole look made up except your clothes. Happy Shopping!

Why do women always have to be concerned with what other people think? Why cant we just wear what we want in public. Maybe we are just running out to the store real quick for a sick kid we have home or something. We shouldn’t have to trying to impress everyone all the time. Just let us be comfortable. Be concerned with own lives and not with what we are wearing!!!

i guess this happen when i started taking 16 credits in college, a part time job (i work in daycare…) i have a night class and a bio lab which consume lots of my time…so i’m tired and overworked from this that i don’t have time to look cute…barely any time to b comfy…

It is a conspiracy by the clothes manufacturers to bring back ZUBBAZ!
